If you are a student who lives away from your home, You should do the same as my friend Alexandria M. did, you should Blog!. Telling your friends what's happening with you.

So you don't -at some point- feel that you are alone, or that you have taken the wrong decision taking this step. Of course you will feel home sick, or maybe you wont. At the end of the day, the one needs to feel that he or she is having someone, someone that close to tell him some secrets, gossip, stories and maybe to confess with some mistakes has been done. I'm not telling you to Isolate your self with your laptop in a dark corner in your room trying to Blog! No, just keep your self and roots where you were originally from, make new friends, enjoy life and learn a lot of new things, but always add people to your life, never subtract them, because you'll be living this life only one time, and this ain't a trial, so you can do it right the next time, No, you will only live it once. So, make it count.

In this Blog post I'll be following Alexandria, making notes from what she has been to studying in the UK, coming from NY, for a couple of years, starting a journey she doesn't know when and where it will end. Taking from her posts some notes for me and my followers here on that Blog.

I've learned that in London..

- You can spend 30 minutes in a line waiting for the keys to your room.

- Almost all the girls in a grad-student only building, are squealing girls

- Londoners are painfully polite.

- They extensively labeling food.

- They tells you which county the vegetables were from.

- They even tells you the farmer's first and last name!

- There's a widespread availability of umbrellas.

- You must have a UK bank account in order to get a cell phone.

- Phone companies require that you have been in the UK for 6 months before they will give you a phone.

- The covers on books are different than they are in the US.

- People like certain book covers, but people in the US like different book covers.

- Some things they think are attractive, i think are so ugly.

- Some things i think are attractive, they think are so ugly.

- You can buy a pre-paid phone without a bank account, but it costs too much money, and your credit automatically expires after 30 days, even if you still have 200 GPB of credit on your phone. after 30 days, it disappears!
